VMC1370 Heavy Duty Vertical Machining Center for High Precision Metal Processing

The VMC1370 vertical CNC machining center is a medium-large heavy-duty processing equipment independently developed and produced by Dalian Haidi Machinery, specially designed for high-precision, high-rigidity and long-cycle industrial metal processing tasks. In terms of overall structural design, the VMC1370 machining center adopts full cast iron heavy frame, including integral cast base, thickened column and reinforced spindle box. The whole machine has undergone multiple stress relief treatments to completely eliminate internal structural stress, effectively avoiding machine tool deformation, tool vibration and precision deviation during long-term heavy cutting and high-speed operation. Compared with ordinary light-duty machining centers, the VMC1370 has stronger compression resistance, better stability and longer service life, fully adapting to 24-hour uninterrupted industrial production requirements.

The machine is equipped with an ultra-large processing stroke, which solves the processing limitations of small and medium-sized vertical machining centers. The X-axis travel reaches 1300mm, the Y-axis travel is 700mm, and the Z-axis travel is 600mm. The standard worktable size is 1400mm×700mm, and the maximum bearing capacity of the worktable can reach 1800kg. It can meet the processing requirements of large-size single workpieces and multi-piece clamping batch processing, greatly improving the production flexibility of the workshop. The X and Y axes adopt high-precision linear guide rails, which realize fast feeding and sensitive movement, while the Z-axis adopts box guide rail design, which provides ultra-strong rigidity and shock resistance for heavy cutting, ensuring no vibration and stable tool feeding during deep hole drilling and heavy milling.

In terms of core configuration, the VMC1370 is equipped with a high-rigidity BT40 spindle, with a standard spindle speed of 8000rpm, which can be upgraded to 10000rpm or 12000rpm according to customer processing needs. The standard 24-tool disc tool magazine realizes fast automatic tool change, with short tool change time and high working efficiency, which is very suitable for multi-process and multi-tool complex workpiece processing. The whole machine is matched with well-known brand servo drive system and precision encoder, with accurate positioning and repeated positioning accuracy, which can stably maintain high-precision processing standards for a long time.

This vertical machining center can process various metal materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy and copper parts.
