Product introduction

TX-750HMY/1500 hard rail CNC lathe adopts an integral HT300 cast iron bed with a 30° inclined structure and box-type hard rail design. This structure, combined with double-layer casting technology and multi-layer reinforcing rib layout, significantly enhances dynamic rigidity during heavy cutting to ensure machining stability.

The spindle is equipped with a 17KW high-torque motor, reaching a maximum speed of 4000rpm, and the C-axis indexing accuracy is 0.001°/min, enabling both high-speed precision cutting and complex part processing. The BMT65-12T servo power turret supports bidirectional nearest tool selection, paired with a 7.5KW power tool motor to achieve multi-process continuous machining and improve production efficiency.

The X/Y/Z axes use high-precision lead screws (4008/5010), with repeat positioning accuracy up to 0.003mm/0.007mm and machining accuracy reaching IT6 level. The equipment is standard with Siemens 828D system, integrated with hydraulic center frame, automatic chip conveyor and other components. Optional functions such as Renishaw HPMA tool setter and servo-controlled center frame are available, making it suitable for mass production of high-precision and high-rigidity parts in the mechanical manufacturing field.
