Product introduction

1. SAH4050 CNC Slant-Bed Lathe
SAH4050 is a 45° slant bed CNC lathe, designed for high rigidity, precision, and stability, making it suitable for precision
turning of steel and cast iron parts. Equipped with an 11kW servo main motor, the spindle reaches a maximum speed of 4500 rpm,balancing low-speed high-torque operation with high-speed precision machining. The X and Z axes employ Taiwan-made HIWIN roller linear guides, paired with C3 grade pre-tightened ball screws and P5 class precision bearings, ensuring strong transmission rigidity and long-term accuracy.

The spindle system features an A2-6 unit structure with a through-hole diameter of Ø64 mm. Supported by three points and four bearing sets with P5 class specialized spindle bearings, it undergoes constant-temperature assembly and dynamic balancing tests,resulting in low temperature rise, extended service life, and reliable operation. The machine's castings are made from resin sand and subjected to secondary artificial aging treatment, enhancing structural stability and resistance to deformation. The enlarged saddle improves cutting rigidity, while the hydraulic chuck enables rapid clamping. The electrical system uses Schneider components for safe and stable performance.

An automatic centralized lubrication system ensures comprehensive protection for all moving parts. The fully enclosed guard can be equipped with a dust extraction device to maintain a cleaner workshop environment. Together with an electric turret, the machine performs various turning operations such as internal/external cylindrical surfaces, threads, tapers, as well as drilling, reaming,and boring tasks. It is widely used for efficient automated machining of disc-type and shaft-type components.
