Product introduction

The SAL8050 vertical lathe is a high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-rigidity machining equipment, featuring integrated rough and finish machining as well as intensive process machining. The machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover to prevent dust from corroding its components. Its main configurations adopt imported parts, while some components are from well-known domestic enterprises, which enhances the stability of the machine and prolongs its service life. The overall design of the machine is stable and elegant, mainly targeting the processing needs of products such as automotive brake drums, wheel hubs, motor housings, and valves.

Fixtures: Equipped with hydraulic chucks (special for vertical lathes) with waterproof and dustproof functions.

Drive: Driven by high-end precision ball screws, with a rapid traverse speed of 12m/min. It features excellent motion accuracy and dynamic performance, thus greatly improving machining efficiency.

Machine Control System: The CNC system adopts Huazhong 808D, which is renowned for high reliability, high stability, and strong environmental adaptability.

Tool Turret: The turret adopts a domestic Sanhe servo power turret, with high-speed indexing of servo motors, precision
positioning of gear plates, and a hydraulic locking structure.

Machine Tool: The X-axis and Z-axis adopt linear guideway structures, specifically Taiwan HIWIN's RGW45 roller linear guideways. These guideways are characterized by high precision and high rigidity, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of products.
