Product introduction

1. Core Equipment Features: It is a high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-rigidity processing equipment, supporting rough and finish machining integration and process intensification. Equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover to prevent dust from corroding components, it adopts high-quality core configurations to enhance stability and extend service life. With a stable and generous overall design, it is suitable for processing products such as automotive brake drums, wheel hubs, motor housings, and valves.
2. Fixture Design: Adopts floating jaw multi-point clamping to reduce workpiece deformation caused by traditional external clamping. The jaws are equipped with alloy blocks, which extend their service life and increase friction to achieve firm clamping without loosening. It supports high-speed cutting and completes rough and finish machining in one setup to ensure component precision. Meanwhile, the floating fixture has a reasonable structure, realizing uniform multi-point clamping pressure, providing flexible compensating clamping pressure for irregular clamping points, and enabling automatic reset after release.
3. Drive & Control System: The drive system uses high-end precision ball screws, with a rapid traverse speed of 12m/min. It features excellent motion accuracy and dynamic performance, significantly improving processing efficiency. The CNC system boasts high reliability, high stability, and strong environmental adaptability.

4. Turret Advantages: An extended tool shank is specially installed at the bottom of the turret to save processing time and reduce auxiliary steps. The turret is of the servo hydraulic power type, matched with a high-speed indexing motor, precision positioning gear plate, and hydraulic locking structure. It has the advantages of fast tool change speed, high positioning accuracy, and strong reliability.
